Comprised of easily digestible documents, videos, books, and additional resources, our Resource Center was created to give you easy access to supportive, life-affirming tools for the road ahead.

Originally created for our Camp Widow Virtual event series, these videos were crafted by your widowed peers to promote a sense of comfort and calm. Featuring everything from easy yoga to tips and tricks to reduce anxiety, these videos serve as a boost of comfort regardless of how long its been since your loss.
