Tami is a dedicated registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in acute care, specializing in critical care, cardiac catheterization, and emergency room nursing. She has extensive expertise in case management and utilization review, ensuring patients receive optimal care while navigating complex healthcare systems. A designated ATD Master Trainer and Instructional Designer, she currently serves as a Principal Clinical Curriculum Developer for a medical software company committed to transforming healthcare through evidence-based practices and collaboration.

Beyond her professional work, Tami is deeply involved in grief support and advocacy. Following the sudden passing of her husband in 2020, she sought grief resources and found solace in Soaring Spirits International. In 2023, she became a Regional Group Leader for York County, PA, dedicated to paying forward the support she received to others experiencing widowhood. In 2024, she became SSI’s Curriculum and Training Strategic Advisor, donating her professional expertise to ensure the organization meets long-term goals and objectives.

Tami is also a devoted mother to her son, Nathan, and shares her home with their beloved pets—dog Raven and cats Trixie and Bella. Her passion for football runs deep, and on Sundays during NFL season, you’ll find her cheering loudly for her Baltimore Ravens.
