As a dedicated ally, Lydia supports the day-to-day operations that keep our mission moving forward—ensuring widowed people receive timely access to resources, programs, and connection. A proud mom of three, Lydia finds joy in trail running (often after one of her kids!), diving into a good book, and spending time with her husband and family. She is honored to join the Soaring Spirits team and humbled by the warm welcome from our incredible community. Her passion for people and belief in the mission of Soaring Spirits shine through in all she does.
