Join us for the tenth annual Soaring Spirits Run for Your Love 5K run!
Run along the beautiful San Diego Bay through Seaport Village as the sun rises over the water.
We’ve named this run the Run for Your Love 5k and the whole morning will be powered by love!
Come out and run with your Love, for your Love, or in memory of your Love! Feel free to dress up in hearts, wear a cool love-themed costume or honor a loved one whose memory fills your heart with love by wearing their photo on your t-shirt. All love themed creativity welcome!
Proceeds of this event benefit Soaring Spirits International to assist us in providing innovative peer support programs for widowed people around the world.

Do your kids like to run? Want them to expend some energy early in the day? Bring them with you when you run the 5K – we’ll be hosting a 1K fun run for the kids after the adults finish their 5K!
