Mindfulness workshop series

Hi everyone, I’m excited to announce that, Manali will be hosting a free mindfulness and meditation series in the month of May starting next Saturday (May 9, 16, 23 and 30). These wellness workshops will be held on Zoom from 1-2pm EDT (which is free to download on your tablet, computer or your smartphone). All you need is to RSVP at [email protected] in order to obtain login information.
Meet the meditation coach Manali Scott on her website Zenforyou.ca.                                            Manali Scott was born in Mumbai, India, and currently lives in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. She has over 25 years of experience with meditation and mindfulness.
You are required to have access to Zoom (available for download free of charge), as well as an internet connection to participate. You are encouraged to have access to a quiet space for the meditation and to bring a journal along to participate in journaling your experience.
