Virtual Meditation Sundays
We will be offering Meditation Sundays on April 26, May 3 and May 10 from 2-3pm EST, using the free online platform Zoom, to help promote well-being during this challenging time. There is a fee for each session of 10$ per attendee (this fee can be paid by email money transfer). Meet the meditation coach Manali Scott on her website Zenforyou.ca. Manali Scott was born in Mumbai, India, and currently lives in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. She has over 25 years of experience with meditation and mindfulness. Please RSVP your interest or your attendance at [email protected]. Once you are registered, you will receive the zoom link to the session, as well as the email address you should send your payment to (to be paid at the end of the session). You are required to have access to Zoom (available for download free of charge), as well as an internet connection to participate. You are encouraged to have access to a quiet space for the meditation and to bring a journal along to participate in journaling your experience.
