Wednesday Morning Walk

This is the first of a regularly scheduled weekly walk.  We will meet every Wednesday and start our walk at 10:00.  We will walk different places throughout the city always trying to stay on flat surfaces so everyone can join in.  We will walk for 30 minutes one way and walk back to the start where we will sit and have a warm beverage of your choice.  This week we will meet at the Mission Creek Eco Centre at the pavillion which is the covered area with the picnic tables underneath.  Please dress for the weather and bring your favorite drink and a folding chair in case there are no benches to sit on.  Please RSVP so we know to wait for you.  Text or call me at 431-301-3901 if you are unsure of where to meet.   Hope to see you there.
