We will meet at 6:15pm for a sound bath, led by one of our attendees. After (~7pm), we will head to Steep Mountain Tea House. It is okay to attend both or one or the other, let us know!
What is a “sound bath?”
In general, a sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves.
