We will be having significant low tides (-1.7 ft) at the end of January. This is a great time to look at the tide pools along the beach at Torrey Pines and Del Mar. Join us for a beach walk! Low tide is at 2:24 pm Sunday January 30th. We will gather at the Torrey Pines north parking lot accessible off of Carmel Valley Road at 1:30PM, and then walk along the beach as the tide reaches its minimum. We’ll walk as far south as Flat Rock in Torrey Pines, and as far north as the old Natatorium pilings in Del Mar.

Keep an eye on the weather, and dress appropriately.
